Mississippi Blues

As a musician, some of my favorite music is heavily influenced by the blues. One day I decided to combine my passions and went in search of some of the people and places that shaped, and still shape, the blues.

So, Andrea and I loaded up the cameras, convinced two friends - a Hungarian flight attendant and a bohemian college student - to go along, and we headed for the Mississippi Delta.

It was a phenomenal experience, filled with spontaneous photography, more than a few fascinating characters, great music, intriguing scenery, and a plethora of stories.
